FAQ

Our plantations are located in the Lago Ranco area, in the heart of Chilean Patagonia, a natural and pristine environment that offers ideal conditions for growing high-quality Italian Ruscus.

Italian Ruscus is a premium foliage highly valued by florists, event decorators, and international distributors thanks to its durability, firm structure, and deep green color. It is ideal for floral arrangements, weddings, and large-scale decoration.

Each stem is harvested by hand and selected according to its size, texture, and coloration. It is then packed in ventilated boxes designed to preserve freshness and prevent condensation during long-distance transport. Each shipment has full traceability from the field to the final destination.

Italian Ruscus is classified by stem length, ranging from 50 to 130 cm, depending on the needs of the customer and the destination market.

When stored at 2 to 6 °C, Ruscus maintains its freshness for 30 to 60 days, depending on cold-chain handling and the final destination.

Yes. Patagonia Vital exports Italian Ruscus to several countries in the Americas and Europe. Orders are scheduled according to the needs of each buyer and include all required phytosanitary documentation.
