Administration and Finance Assistant

We are looking for an older adult, with the prospect of working remotely for at least 3 years. Preferably, from Santiago, although it is not mandatory. The initial schedule is 80% part-time, distributed over 4 days a week or similar. This role is ideal for someone who not only has the need to work, but also wants to stay active and contribute with their experience.

### Required Skills:

**Excel Proficiency:** Ability to use spreadsheets, perform calculations, data analysis and maintain accurate records.

**Email:** Competence in managing electronic communications, including organizing emails and professional communication.

**Video Conferencing:** Familiarity with video conferencing tools to participate in virtual meetings and collaborate with other work teams.

### Personal Qualities:

**Motivation:** Desire to work and contribute actively, beyond financial need.

**Organization:** Ability to maintain an orderly and efficient work environment.

**Self-discipline:** Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

### Job Responsibilities:

**Company Expense Control Record:**

- Maintain a detailed record of all expenses related to the company's operations.

- Use Excel to categorize and analyze financial data.

- Prepare periodic expense reports for review by the area manager.

**Current Account Reconciliation:**

- Review and reconcile bank accounts monthly to ensure accuracy of financial records.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies in transactions.

- Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain the integrity of financial information.

**Relationship and Payment with Suppliers:**

- Maintain fluid and professional communication with suppliers.

- Manage the payment process, ensuring that invoices are received and processed on time.

- Resolve any problems or discrepancies that may arise with suppliers.

**Support in the Issuance of Guides, Invoices and Registration of Documents:**

- Assist in the preparation and issuance of shipping guides and invoices.

- Maintain accurate records of business transactions.

- Ensure that all transactions comply with relevant regulations and standards.
